The incubator is located at the second level of the "NUCLEUS" building;having a surface of 540 m2, being able to host 10 start-up type firms. The administration of the park will accept to incubate these firms under the following non-exclusive set of criteria:
- the innovative character of the business
- framing in the main domains of the Park
- potential interest of the tenants that are already in the Park
- the opportunities of the business or, at least, its sustainability
- potential social-economic impact of the future business
- contribution of the new start-up to networking
The incubator will insure (on contractual base and in advantageous conditions) common services for all the tenants, such as:
- communications (phone, fax, E-mail, Internet, intranet etc.)
- design (partial)
- measurements and testing (partial)
- accountancy
- supply
- secretariat
- transportation and storage (partial)
- food, cleaning, guard
- recruitment, recording and personnel formation (partial)
- management, economic, financial, juridical assistance (especially for intellectual property), promotion
