Offices, production halls
These rooms have the following general characteristics:
- size: 40 m2 - 206 m2;
- facilities:
- power - contractual base
- cold / hot water (measured)
- heating
- air conditioned
- cleaning service for rented rooms
- sanitation services
- phone / internet (contractual base)
As a general rule, the cost for facilities offered by the Park, i.e. power supply, cold water, power consumption for air-conditioned, sanitation is that of the direct suppliers (SC Electrica, RAJAC, SC Salubris)
Costs for hot water and heating, supplied also by the Park, will be those decided by Ruling Authority.
The Park, on contractual base, could supply the cleaning.
The telephone / Internet service, the administrator of the Park has a contract with SC Astral. According the necessities of each tenant, the conditions could be negotiated by the tenant or intermediated by the Park with firm the tenant agreed.
The firms admitted into the Park have the following costs:
- Rent m2 / month;
- Costs of the utilities in own rooms;
- A quota for the common spaces - as a rule, the quota depends on the number of employees of the firm
Lots
There are 9 lots, 6 of which are fitted out (water, sewage, power, optical fibre, gas and possibility to be coupled to the anti-fire and anti-burglary system of the Park).
The sizes of the lots vary from 3900 m2 to 4800 m2.
For buildings on these lots, one can obtain the reduction or even the annulment of the tax on building.
To become a tenant, the tenant must go through a couple of obligatory phases, according to the law ( see Conditions of Admittance in the Park ).
