TEHNOPOLIS>>HOW DOES IT FUNCTION ?


The STP TEHNOPOLIS Iasi has been set up at 18.07.2003, on the basis of association between the County Council of Iasi, Local Council of Iasi, Technical University "Gheorghe Asachi", "Alexandru Ioan Cuza"University, Agricol University "Ion Ionescu de la Brad". Later, in 2005, the Medical University "Gr.T. Popa" Iasi joined the Association.

In 2004, according to the authorization, suspension and annulment procedure of the STP no. 5442 / 2003, the Park started to function on the basis of Functioning Authorization, issued by Education & Research Ministry.

Organisms implied in the functioning of STP TEHNOPOLIS Iasi are:

  1. Association, set-up in 18.07.2005, on the base of articles 251 - 256 Commercial Code, OG 14 / 2002, Law 50 / 2003, Order 5442/2003 of ERM and Law 215 . 2001.
  2. SC Tehnopolis SRL, administrator of the Park, contract no. 10510 / 01.22.2004
  3. Council of selection of the firms located in the Park, council composed by a representative of every associate, the general director and the economic director of the society (see Admission Conditions)

The period of functioning of the Park is of 25 years, starting with the date of the authorization issued by ERM, period that could be extended through the agreement of the associates.
