TEHNOPOLIS > ADMISSION CONDITIONS


In the phase 1, in TEHNOPOLIS be admitted firms set up by the initiative of a physical person or of a collective with experience in activities such as: research, fabrication or services in IT or AV and in phase 2, firms with experience in bio-technologies and food industry.

For the admission in STP Iasi, the initiator must present to administrator (SC TEHNOPOLIS IASI) the following documents:

  1. Application signed by the legal representative of the economic agent
  2. Admittance fiche in STP according to the annex to the Admission Procedures in STP of the economic agents, approved by ERM Order 4940/2006 published in Official Gazette, 801/25 sep. 2006
  3. Document of the setting up of the firm together with additional documents if is the case (notarised copies)
  4. Statute of the firm together with additional documents if is the case (notarised copies)
  5. Recording Certificate, issued by the Office of Commerce Registry
  6. Business plan (for at least 2 years)
  7. Balance sheet or the last economic-financial report
  8. Statement that the firm is not in one of the situations forecast by art. 3, Admission Procedures in STP of the economic agents, approved by ERM Order 4940/2006 published in Official Gazette, 801/25 sep. 2006
Observation:
  • if the documents could not be presented in original, please leave, copiesof them
  • documents are presented in 7 (seven) copies, copies as follows: 1 (one) original and 6 (six) copies

If the documentation is not complete, the administrator will solicit the completion of it in term of 10 days.

The administrator will analyse the documentation and will select the economic agents, according to the general and specific admission criteria mentioned in art. 3 and 4 in the Admission Procedures in STP of the economic agents, approved by ERM Order 4940/2006 published in Official Gazette, 801/25 sep. 2006 .

Each solicitor is evaluated and analysed separately by a commission composed of:

  • general director and economic director of the administrator (SC TEHNOPOLIS SRL)
  • representative of each associate

The result of the evaluation will be communicated, in written, to the solicitor, in term of 30 days beginning with the handing in of the complete documentation. The economic agents that are rejected will be informed of the reasons of rejection.

In term of 5 days, the economic agents that have been rejected, can hand in a contestation, which will be solved by the commission in term of 10 days.

The economic agents that are selected will signed a contract with the administrator (SC TEHNOPOLIS SRL). The conditions of the contract will be negotiated with each economic agent.
